- Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry, preferably in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Strong professional network and established relationships with end customers, diagnostic laboratories, hospital management, and healthcare professionals.
- In-depth understanding of the local IVD market, including industry trends, competitor landscape, pricing structure, and customer behavior.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision while achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook) for reporting, presentations, and business communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage key accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements across different regions of Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, business plans, and sales forecasting models to achieve organizational revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify and define key customer segments, analyze market requirements, and generate actionable market insights across the healthcare diagnostics sector.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products and territories.
- Set sales objectives by forecasting demand, preparing annual sales quotas, and projecting expected revenue and profit for both existing and new product lines.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking, including monitoring competitor products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, performance reports, and market analysis reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, laboratory managers, and institutional clients to identify opportunities, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and successfully close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and laboratory partners to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Support product promotion activities, brand positioning, and market expansion initiatives across assigned regions.
- Ensure effective coordination between sales, technical support, and service teams to deliver seamless customer service.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.
