Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Business Development

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development within the real estate industry.

Job Purpose / Main Responsibilities

To identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, drive apartment sales, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to achieving overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective business development strategies to meet apartment sales targets.

• Identify prospective clients, emerging market opportunities, and potential business leads.

• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, brokers, and key business partners.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure efficient and seamless business operations.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities and provide valuable insights and recommendations to Management.
