Applicants should be between 28 and 38 years of age, and the role is open to male candidates only. Candidates must have 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in a similar field.
A strong understanding of QMS, ERP systems, production planning, and cost control is essential. The position requires proven leadership qualities along with the ability to effectively manage and guide teams.
Candidates should be capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Sourcing, Compliance, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
In-depth knowledge of audit preparation, material flow processes, and efficient inventory utilization is also required.
Ensure timely delivery of finished products in alignment with the approved production schedule.
Maintain required quality standards by following QMS guidelines and managing bulk approval processes effectively.
Reduce operational losses by optimizing cost per minute (CPM) and minimizing machine downtime.
Collaborate closely with supply chain, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and coordination.
Oversee packing operations to ensure accuracy, proper order completion, and efficient use of materials.
Apply 5S/6S practices, maintain accurate ERP system data, and contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Maintain discipline, workplace safety, and full compliance with company policies on the production floor.
Support the development of production staff through training programs and regular performance evaluations.
