  • Experience working in large or multinational organizations.
  • Knowledge of fabrics and technical aspects, including finishing, cutting, printing, and embroidery.
  • Understanding of the sewing process.
  • Proficient in quality management.
  • Strong reporting and computer skills.
  • Must be fluent in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, and implementing measures to enhance production, productivity, and finishing quality while identifying and resolving problems.
  • Meet quality assurance financial objectives by estimating resource requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Control and ensure the quality of finishing and packaging according to customer specifications.
  • Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems, recommending and implementing preventive and corrective actions as necessary.
  • Monitor quality issues and maintain communication with the audit and pre-inspection teams.
  • Control and execute the projected budget in alignment with company plans.
  • Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives for the finished product.
  • Review daily reports, analyze results, and provide feedback for corrective and productive actions.
  • Maintain effective communication with members of the buying, merchandising, production, planning, CAD, logistics, and other departments.
  • Evaluate staff performance, address disciplinary matters, assess training needs, and support career development.
  • Ensure that safety, quality, and compliance issues are integrated into all aspects of the job.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
