Responsibilities & Context

  • Event Planning and CSR Initiatives:
  • Develop an annual event calendar encompassing welfare, employee relations, and CSR activities.
  • Ensure alignment of events with organizational goals and budgets.
  • Workforce Planning and Recruitment:
  • Maintain a budgeted workforce with required competencies and skills.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and placement process for workers and non-management staff as per the approved HR plan.
  • Training and Development:
  • Ensure all team members receive appropriate training for their roles.
  • Organize training programs based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing in adherence to agreed timelines.
  • Employee Relations and Motivation:
  • Promote equal treatment and adherence to organizational guidelines for all employees.
  • Foster employee motivation to achieve desired outcomes and maintain a satisfied workforce.
  • Compliance and Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and legal regulations.
  • Oversee health, safety, security, and CSR practices within the organization.
  • Performance Management:
  • Facilitate functional reporting, goal alignment, and monthly performance evaluations.
  • Lead performance appraisals to recognize achievements and address development needs.
  • Leadership and Team Development:
  • Lead, motivate, train, and evaluate subordinates to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ensure clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and expectations to subordinates in accordance with organizational policies.
