Deputy Manager - IPT & VAS (Support)

✔ Clear understanding of IP networking, network security, and Ubuntu operating systems.

✔ Basic knowledge of Asterisk dialplans, E1, PRI, SS7, DTMF, codecs, SIP, RTP, FXO, and FXS.

✔ Willingness to work in rotating shifts and extended hours when required during emergencies.

✔ Ability to coordinate effectively with other teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CEP workstations, IP telephone hardware, software, peripheral devices, and Asterisk-based systems.

✔ Monitor IP Telephony systems to ensure smooth operation and service reliability.

✔ Identify and resolve technical issues related to IP Telephony hardware, software, and associated systems.

✔ Apply knowledge of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Bootstrap. Familiarity with these technologies will be considered an added advantage.
