Strengthen ACI’s employer brand presence on LinkedIn, career sites, and social platforms through targeted, data-driven campaigns designed to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Design innovative recruitment campaigns, engaging job postings, and impactful career storytelling initiatives to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
Build strong partnerships with universities and academic institutions by organizing career fairs, campus engagement programs, and talent competitions to attract and develop young professionals.
Highlight employee achievements and success stories through testimonials and recognition initiatives to foster pride, engagement, and advocacy within the workforce.
Reinforce company culture and values through newsletters, events, recognition platforms, and internal communication initiatives.
Manage the company’s career site and LinkedIn employer page, while creating engaging content such as videos, graphics, and newsletters.
