  • Should have knowledge on computer applications & able to generate various reports.

  • Job Opportunity: Deputy Manager/Manager (Washing)
  • A reputed 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Garments Factory, located in Gazipur, is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Deputy Manager/Manager (Washing). The factory has a washing capacity of 400,000 – 500,000 pieces per month.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage garment washing production activities under the guidance of the Head of Washing.
  • Ensure optimal production efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Identify and secure profitable external washing orders to maximize factory capacity utilization.
  • Execute both in-house and outsourced orders efficiently, ensuring adherence to production planning and delivery schedules.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in garment washing operations with a strong understanding of quality control and production efficiency.
  • Ability to source and manage external orders, contributing to the factory's overall profitability.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to drive production goals effectively.
