Identify emerging sales opportunities, market trends, and changing customer preferences to refine sales plans and execution.
Business Development

Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients.

Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
Team Leadership & Performance Management

Supervise, train, coach, and motivate team members to improve overall efficiency and sales effectiveness.
