Responsibilities & Context

Job Context
We are seeking a proactive, target-oriented, and high-energy professional with demonstrated experience in the real estate sector to lead, inspire, and drive the performance of a growing sales team.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Formulate and implement results-focused sales strategies to consistently achieve and surpass organizational sales targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and closely supervise the sales team to enhance productivity, performance, and revenue growth.

  • Identify emerging sales opportunities, market trends, and changing customer preferences to refine sales plans and execution.

Business Development

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities and strengthen market positioning.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Supervise, train, coach, and motivate team members to improve overall efficiency and sales effectiveness.

  • Set clear individual and team sales goals and ensure consistent performance against targets.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and continuous skill development initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales lifecycle.

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and in a timely manner.

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to successful deal closure.

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Compliance & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Ensure all sales operations adhere to company policies and applicable real estate laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate closely with legal, finance, and project teams to facilitate smooth and efficient sales processes.

  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to execute effective promotional and sales support activities.
