Responsibilities & Context

  • Set clear sales objectives for each team member within the region.
  • Develop plans to achieve individual and divisional/area targets, ensuring alignment with company strategies and policies.
  • Guide the sales team to maximize the effectiveness of cross-selling activities.
  • Provide training to the sales team on sales techniques and strategies.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Ensure alignment between distributor and customer strategies to support profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Continuously monitor and track sales performance at the divisional/area level.
  • Create and implement a monthly visiting/tour plan for all team members, ensuring regular follow-up and discussions.
  • Conduct sales analysis, both value-wise and product-wise.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key business partners, manage distributor appointments, and resolve claims.
  • Monitor competitor activities, products, and services.
  • Review divisional/area expenses and recommend areas for improvement.
