• Ensure timely sourcing of raw material accessories in line with buyer specifications
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning and operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Formulate and implement procurement strategies for both local and international sourcing
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with domestic and global suppliers
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and Incoterms with international partners
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers to manage order updates, quality control, and shipment logistics
• Design and implement cost-effective sourcing and procurement initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop accurate demand forecasts
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure alignment with company standards and expectations
