The role involves monitoring programme progress through systematic collection and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data. The incumbent will support impact assessment, contribute to data-driven monitoring, and facilitate evaluation and learning processes to ensure continuous, evidence-based programme improvement.
Support the development of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, plans, guidelines, and tools for the effective oversight of the Migration Programme and its associated projects.
Contribute to drafting Terms of Reference (ToRs) for various studies, assessments, and evaluations.
Facilitate data collection and reporting using digital platforms and real-time systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of M&E and MIS reports.
Provide technical support to project and partner teams on indicator formulation, monitoring systems, and performance measurement.
Design and apply methodologies and tools for data quality assessments (DQA), process monitoring, and learning documentation.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor implementation progress, assess partner performance, and identify actionable areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the MIS and digitization teams to ensure efficient and reliable data management processes.
Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories to enhance programme learning and support donor communications.
Assist in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual monitoring plans aligned with project work plans and budgets.
Ensure the protection of all programme participants, visitors, and staff from any form of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, or exploitation—including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA)—in alignment with BRAC’s safeguarding standards.
Serve as a resource and advocate for safeguarding within the team, promoting awareness and ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies in all activities.
Report and encourage reporting of any safeguarding concerns or incidents in accordance with the organization’s established procedures.
