Responsibilities & Context

  • Work with stakeholders to outline software requirements, architecture, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure that system designs meet both business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and optimizations to boost system efficiency and performance.
  • Stay informed on new technologies to adopt best practices and innovative solutions for enhancing software capabilities.
  • Create detailed user manuals, documentation, and training materials to support software applications.
  • Provide user training and ongoing support to promote effective use of software solutions.
  • Oversee and track project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing financial risks.
  • Align project objectives with budgetary constraints, maintaining financial accountability in all development activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, potential delays, and any factors impacting timelines.
