Age between 34 and 45 years.
Minimum of 12 years of proven sales experience in the IT industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Lead pricing strategies, margin optimization, and revenue forecasting efforts.
Build, manage, and expand networks of distributors, resellers, system integrators, and dealers.

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance and results.
