Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure knitting and fabric quality meet customer standards.
  • Develop and improve fabric quality during knitting production.
  • Assist production teams with fabric-related and other operational matters within the textile division.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with external knitting factories to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide direct support to external knitting QC teams to improve quality standards.
  • Achieve an RFT (Right First Time) rate of over 98% in quality activities.
  • Limit downtime due to textile quality issues to below 1%.
  • Maintain absenteeism among staff below 5%.
  • Establish and manage quality control procedures for leading global garment brands.
  • Identify critical operations and quality points, and communicate them to the Quality team.
