Multibrand Design & Development Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Project Manager / Project Manager (Construction & Development) to lead end-to-end project execution across residential and commercial development projects. The role requires strong leadership in planning, execution, coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder management to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
đš Key Responsibilities
1) Project Planning & Execution
- Lead overall project operations from land development to final handover
- Prepare and implement project execution plans, timelines, and operational strategies
- Monitor construction progress and ensure completion of key milestones on time
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Identify operational risks and implement proactive corrective actions
2) Construction & Site Supervision
- Supervise all construction activities ensuring quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and construction standards
- Monitor contractor performance and evaluate work progress
- Ensure proper material management and wastage control
3) Financial & Budget Management
- Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
- Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control and financial efficiency
- Verify BOQs, contractor bills, supplier invoices, and payments
- Coordinate with Accounts & Finance teams regarding financial reporting and expenditure control
- Ensure profitability and financial discipline across projects
4) Regulatory & Legal Compliance
- Coordinate with RAJUK, utility authorities, and government regulatory bodies
- Ensure all approvals, permits, licenses, and legal documents are properly maintained
- Monitor compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards
5) Procurement & Vendor Management
- Supervise procurement planning for construction materials and services
- Evaluate and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and procurement terms where required
- Ensure timely availability of materials and project resources
6) Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with landowners, clients, investors, and project stakeholders
- Resolve project-related operational issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
7) Reporting & Management Communication
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports
- Present project updates and performance reports to top management
- Maintain complete project documentation, KPIs, and operational records
- Provide strategic recommendations for project improvement and future expansion
