• Develop detailed technical sketches, patterns, and specifications for jersey production.
• Ensure that designs are functional, durable, and comfortable for athletes.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on current trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously refine and improve designs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Work with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee the production process.
• Uphold and enhance the brand’s visual identity through innovative and cohesive designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with the brand’s guidelines and vision.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of the design process, revisions, and final outcomes.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Make necessary adjustments based on feedback to achieve the desired final product.
