Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), in Computer Science & Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Age requirement: 25 to 45 years
- Proven experience working with high-frequency trading (HFT) infrastructure or mission-critical financial systems
- Professional certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps, or related cloud technologies will be highly preferred
- Strong understanding of financial services regulatory frameworks, compliance environments, and operational risk management
- Prior experience in DevOps roles within Capital Market, Banking, FinTech, Trading Platforms, or Enterprise IT environments
đš Technical Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation technologies
- Advanced scripting skills in Bash and Python (Go language is an added advantage)
- Solid expertise in Linux/Unix system administration
- Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
- Web and application server management using Nginx, Apache, and Load Balancers
- CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions
- Monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Zabbix
- Strong experience in database management and performance optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Good understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, SSL, and cybersecurity best practices
- Exposure to stock exchange systems, OMS/EMS platforms, FIX protocol, or real-time trading environments will be considered a strong advantage

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, system monitoring, automation, security compliance, and production support, especially within a fast-paced financial trading and capital market environment.
đš Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps infrastructure for capital market and financial trading applications
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, secure, and reliable software deployment
- Monitor, optimize, and ensure system performance, uptime, reliability, and security
- Implement and maintain high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for mission-critical trading systems
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and system administrators for smooth deployment and release management
- Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Maintain robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for real-time system visibility
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, cybersecurity standards, and operational risk management policies
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive solutions
- Support continuous improvement of automation, infrastructure efficiency, and deployment processes
