• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure the timely availability of raw materials and resources.
• Oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to customers.
• Negotiate and establish agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, finance, and sales teams, to align procurement and supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.
• Maintain smooth and efficient existing supply chains while establishing new ones, closely monitoring logistics and market trends.
• Identify profitable suppliers and initiate business and organizational partnerships.
• Possess a strong understanding of ERP software.
• Ensure the timely procurement and supply of materials.
• Develop and implement both short- and long-term procurement plans, policies, and practices, and communicate them effectively to team members to achieve strategic objectives.
• Establish a material ordering system based on Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), considering lead time, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), and the past three months' consumption data.
• Possess strong knowledge of planning, monitoring, and controlling supply chain activities.
• Prepare purchase plans (local and overseas), vendor survey reports, management reports, and projected budgets.
• Design, plan, execute, control, and maintain the company's supply chain activities.
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
• Finalize purchase order details and manage deliveries.
• Review and evaluate existing contracts.
• Track and report key performance metrics to reduce expenses and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with key personnel to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations.
• Monitor budget deviations, take corrective actions, and coordinate physical inventory counts, reporting findings to top management.
• Create and regularly follow up on time and action plans.
• Anticipate changes in the negotiating power of suppliers and clients.
• Analyze data to foresee potential risks and prepare control strategies.
• Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
• Streamline warehouse systems to ensure the timely delivery of goods and information to relevant departments.
• Control spending and cultivate a culture of long-term cost savings in procurement.
• Perform any other special tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
