• Responsible for all aspects of production from cutting to shipment, including monitoring, follow-up, and coordination with cutting, sewing, and finishing departments.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with maintenance, store, IE, planning, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the achievement of production targets and efficiency levels.
• Guide production teams to meet targets within the specified timelines.
• Direct and oversee the daily operations of the production department to ensure adherence to the production plan.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in production processes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance productivity.
• Ensure cost reduction by minimizing wastage, such as rejection, alteration, overproduction, and excess working hours.
• Achieve optimal productivity levels by meeting the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) required by buyers.
• Identify and resolve production line blockages promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor and ensure production is in line with daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
• Control and optimize the utilization of man, machine, and materials to maximize productivity.
• Review the production plan daily and create alternative plans to meet customer deadlines.
• Oversee the print and embroidery process, including receiving and following up with records.
• Monitor production status daily to ensure alignment with the production plan. If discrepancies occur, perform root cause analysis and implement immediate solutions for smooth operations.
• Track fabric, trims, and accessories inventory daily to ensure availability for production needs.
• Conduct pre-production follow-ups, including PP meetings, size set approvals, and dye lot approvals.
• Hold daily production meetings to review the weekly shipment schedule and address any ongoing issues related to shipment.
• Lead and motivate the production team, providing training, guidance, and support to meet production goals and KPIs.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements, implementing innovative solutions for production enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards throughout the production process.
