• Develop sound and effective production plans, monitor the entire production flow, and balance processes to ensure optimal capacity utilization.
• Identify deviations between planned and actual production, and support corrective adjustments to future production plans based on these findings.
• Drive sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Enhance profitability by recognizing and implementing cost reduction opportunities through integrated planning and analysis.
• Provide clear guidelines and instructions to subordinates to achieve high productivity while maintaining the required quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate manpower utilization across departments/sections to ensure maximum benefits for the company.
• Devise cost minimization strategies and collaboratively achieve these goals with the team.
• Reduce costs by minimizing waste, rejections, alterations, overproduction, and unnecessary overtime.
• Organize pre-production meetings for all new styles to ensure smooth initiation of production.
• Ensure seamless workflow by managing the supply chain of fabrics and accessories efficiently.
• Monitor and address any disruptions that may hinder achieving daily production targets.
• Plan and maintain the minimum workforce required for the stitching schedule and forecasted shipment plans.
• Verify the availability of all necessary stitching and packing accessories as per the stitching plan.
• Oversee and ensure production achievements in terms of shifts, machines, and processes.
• Minimize wastage while keeping detailed records of waste by shift and process.
• Analyze worker performance, review operator skill levels, and implement corrective training programs to develop potential talent.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
