Additional Requirements
Age between 35 and 38 years.
Minimum of 12 years’ progressive experience in Accounts & Finance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in the preparation and presentation of financial statements and management reports.
Demonstrated leadership capability, including experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards, as well as tax, VAT, RJSC, and corporate regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior-level decision-making.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
High standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
Strategic Financial Leadership
Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives and long-term sustainability.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to Top Management based on financial analysis, forecasts, and risk assessments.
Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures.
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Analysis
Prepare, review, and monitor periodic budgets and long-term financial plans.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities and revenue growth initiatives.
Accounting & Reporting
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Oversee and continuously improve month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and reporting processes.
Maintain comprehensive records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and reconciliations.
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and liaise with regulatory authorities, including NBR, RJSC, and VAT authorities.
Ensure full compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Oversee timely and accurate submission of VAT, Tax (AIT, TDS), and other statutory returns.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Monitor daily cash positions and manage fund flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
Ensure sufficient working capital to support uninterrupted business operations.
Negotiate with financial institutions for loans, renewals, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other financial instruments.
Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts & Finance team to achieve high performance.
Set KPIs, monitor departmental performance, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
Plan and implement regular training, development, and succession initiatives.
