Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), in Human Resource Management
  • Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), in Human Resource Management

Experience


  • 5 Year

Additional Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated proficiency in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C partnership opportunities, including hospitals, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, and doctors.
  • Plan and execute outreach activities like medical camps, seminars, and awareness programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referring doctors, and corporate clients.
  • Promote lab and diagnostic services to potential clients and partners through direct marketing, presentations, and proposals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials and digital campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through follow-up and service quality assurance.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets and KPIs.
