Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in creating unique, timely, consistent, and relevant written, video, and graphic content for various digital channels.
  • Conduct research to generate ideas or support writing efforts, and develop an understanding of the target audience for copy.
  • Develop and execute the social media content plan.
  • Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on the target audience.
  • Create and edit original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets company needs and deadlines.
  • Ensure all content is professional, engaging, concise, and meets high writing standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet their content needs.
  • Support other aspects of the creative or research process to produce cohesive, accurate content.
  • Work within the team to manage current social media channels and recommend new areas for development.
  • Help provide ZXY with an active voice in relevant online communities and forums.
  • Oversee the development and execution of the annual communications plan, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and the graphics team, ensuring smooth collaboration on long-term projects.
  • Participate actively in corporate event committees, planning and creating content for graphics, photography, and other digital media.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and publish articles in international media, maintaining ongoing communication with PR agencies.
  • Oversee the development of communication materials, including websites, social media pages, brochures, catalogs, banners, signboards, billboards, packaging, and various brand displays
