Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a highly experienced, performance-driven Digital Growth Strategist to own multiple monetized and non‑monetized YouTube channels, Facebook pages, and digital campaigns—for both in‑house platforms and external clients. This isn't just a content scheduling role; it’s a growth hacking, strategic, and digital leadership position, aimed at scaling revenue, reach, and reputation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 20–30 YouTube channels and Facebook pages spanning diverse industries 

  • Oversee SEO, optimization, monetization, security, and platform compliance

  • Hands-on with Facebook Rights Manager, YouTube Content ID, copyright policies

  • Plan content titles, thumbnails, hashtags & publishing times using algorithm insights

  • Execute end‑to‑end paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram & LinkedIn

  • Focus on conversion-oriented campaigns, not just boosting

  • Build organic content funnels to drive traffic, subscribers, and engagement 

  • Deliver actionable performance reports and content strategy plans 

  • Generate leads and conversions via performance marketing for clients

  • Handle digital campaigns for personal branding and political candidates

  • Operate WhatsApp & email marketing campaigns

  • Manage business listings (Google, Facebook) and create/edit Wikipedia entries

  • Leverage AI tools for content generation, scripting, automation & analysis

  • Drive YouTube MCN eligibility and partner program enrollment 

  • Create & maintain a comprehensive content calendar, coordinating with multiple teams

  • Analyze metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, view rate, retention & watch time

  • Develop influencer partnerships and promotional collaborations 

  • Determine which content should be organic vs boosted, and define promotion strategies

  • Ensure verification & security on all platforms

  • Support new channel/page launches, monetization efforts, and revenue planning

  • Scale revenue significantly across all digital assets
