Swift Tech Solution, a fast-growing software company, is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen the company's online presence, generate qualified business leads, and promote software products and services through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.

✔ Manage and maintain the company's website, social media channels, and overall digital brand presence to ensure consistent engagement and visibility.

✔ Create engaging content for social media, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

✔ Perform SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) activities to improve website traffic, search engine rankings, and online visibility.

✔ Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO recommendations, and content optimization to enhance organic search performance.

✔ Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.

✔ Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns and collaborate closely with the Sales Team to improve lead conversion.

✔ Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and strengthen customer engagement.

✔ Analyze competitors' digital marketing strategies, market trends, and customer behavior to identify new business and growth opportunities.

✔ Manage paid advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) and improve campaign performance.

✔ Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, including KPIs, lead generation metrics, website analytics, and campaign insights.

✔ Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing tools, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

✔ Collaborate with the Design, Content, Development, and Sales Teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives.

✔ Perform any other digital marketing, branding, lead generation, or promotional responsibilities assigned by Management.
