- Age: 21 to 32 years.
- Hands-on experience in generating qualified leads for Website Design, Web Development, UI/UX Design, or related IT services. Agency or IT industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience targeting, customer journey mapping, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns using platforms such as Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to coordinate, collaborate with, and lead creative teams, including copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors, to execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, measure performance, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nebs-IT Solution Ltd. is seeking a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital marketing initiatives, generate qualified business leads, and drive brand growth through data-driven online marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital marketing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Develop and implement end-to-end lead generation strategies for Website Design, Web Development, UI/UX Design, and other digital services.
- Create digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to maximize lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion rates.
- Prepare content calendars, campaign briefs, creative concepts, and storyboards for social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Development Team to ensure timely and consistent campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, conduct A/B testing, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize social media marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead nurturing and conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Perform any other digital marketing-related responsibilities assigned by management.
