Age 22 to 35 years 🧠 Experience Requirements: 2–5 years of proven SEO experience in an agency, eCommerce, SaaS, or media environment. Experience in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc.) 🎓 Professional Training / Certification / Others: Must have completed professional SEO training from any recognized local or online institute (e.g., BASIS, Creative IT, CodersTrust, Shikhbe Shobai, Outsourcing Institute, etc.). Must provide a valid certificate or training completion document. In addition, the candidate must have real-world work experience by completing at least 3–5 SEO-related jobs through online marketplaces such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, etc. The total value of completed jobs must be at least $1,000 USD, with proof required, such as: Job completion screenshots or earning reports Client reviews or public profiles Work samples or links to live results Applications without verifiable training or documented freelance project experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Medium, GitHub, Pinterest, Scribd, and others.

  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and generate sales.

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all major platforms.

  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, forums, Q&A sites, and social media channels.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns and optimize customer journeys to increase engagement and conversions.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in online marketing and digital measurement.

  • Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
