Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across multiple digital channels while collaborating with content creators to produce high-quality content for ads and organic posts. This role requires strong creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing digital strategies to achieve business goals.
Campaign Ideation and Content Development:
- Generate creative ideas for ad campaigns that align with the brand’s goals.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content, including banners, videos, captions, emails, organic posts, blogs, and more.
Campaign Management:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including websites, social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram), email, and search engines to drive brand awareness, traffic, and engagement.
- Ensure campaigns meet engagement and conversion objectives by optimizing digital ads and display ads.
Content Planning and Scheduling:
- Plan and schedule social media content, ensuring a steady stream of posts (video, banners, captions, organic posts) across platforms.
- Work ahead to ensure sufficient content is available for daily posting and engagement.
Customer Engagement:
- Respond to inquiries from potential and existing students and customers through social media and other communication channels.
- Provide support to enrolled students regarding courses and related queries.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, metrics, and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to enhance the performance of digital marketing efforts.
Trend Awareness and Best Practices:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organization competitive in the digital landscape.
