2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Canva or other basic design tools.

Basic working knowledge of WordPress.

Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ads and online lead generation campaigns.

Strong understanding of keyword targeting for ads and SEO.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Education Consultancy marketing.

Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent posting schedules.
Responsibilities & Context
Social Media Management:

Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages for both companies.

Plan and maintain monthly social media calendars.

Create and publish engaging posts, stories, and updates on a regular basis.

Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Content Creation:

Design graphics using Canva or other basic image-editing tools.

Write clear, engaging, and professional captions and content.

Develop promotional materials for services and campaigns.
Website & SEO:

Post blogs, updates, and multimedia content on WordPress.

Perform basic SEO optimization, including titles, keywords, and descriptions.

Enhance website search visibility and drive organic traffic.
Lead Generation & Ads:

Run targeted advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Use keyword-based targeting to generate high-quality leads.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance.

Support website-based lead generation strategies to maximize conversions.
