Job Context

We are looking for an analytical and creative Digital Marketing Executive with experience in Bangladesh’s real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, evaluating campaign performance, developing data-driven strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and executing targeted marketing campaigns to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and property listing portals.

• Optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve a competitive Cost per Lead (CPL).

• Develop landing pages and marketing funnels to improve lead conversion rates.

• Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers.

Lead Quality Analysis

• Assess and classify leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on their potential and level of interest.

• Collaborate with the sales team to monitor lead-to-customer conversion rates.

• Analyze campaign results to identify channels that generate the highest-quality leads.

• Minimize fake and low-intent leads through improved targeting and lead-filtering techniques.

Marketing Strategy Development

• Formulate quarterly and annual digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Present marketing plans, budget proposals, and ROI analyses to management.

• Plan and execute project-specific campaigns for apartment launches, plot sales, and commercial property marketing.

• Use performance data and market insights to guide marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
