Educational Qualifications
Graduates with a background in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) are highly preferred due to the technical scope of the role.
Candidates holding Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in English, Marketing, Communications, IT, or Business (BBA/MBA) are also encouraged to apply, provided they meet the required core competencies.
Skills
Deliver prompt and professional technical support to customers through chat, email, and live demo sessions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve general software issues while clearly guiding users through technical solutions.
Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements, demonstrate product value, and assist with sales-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate high-priority or complex issues to the development team as needed.
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including planning visual content (videos and tutorials) and creating high-quality written content for blogs, social media, websites, product documentation, and email newsletters.
Apply SEO best practices across all content, conduct keyword research, and analyze performance to enhance search engine visibility.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital strategies to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO and keyword research platforms, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
