Plan and manage online campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube to generate qualified leads for apartment and land sales.
Optimize website content and landing pages to enhance search rankings, visibility, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with the design team to produce engaging visual content for social media and project advertisements.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities in the real estate sector to inform effective marketing strategies.
Manage Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to monitor campaign performance and generate insights.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain weekly performance reports, tracking reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, and ROI.
Collaborate with sales and architectural design teams to ensure promotional content aligns with project goals.
Build and maintain client relationships, handling inquiries to convert leads into long-term clients.
Track, measure, and report digital marketing outcomes using analytics and marketing automation tools.
Work closely with content, design, and technical teams to ensure SEO and marketing strategies are aligned and effective.
