Additional Requirements


  • Minimum of 2+ year of practical experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing;
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite or Buffer, Canva, Video Editing Software;
  • Candidates with experience in graphic design can anticipate higher salary
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge in Architectural, Interior and Real-estate industry in Bangladesh will be highly appreciated.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop digital marketing strategies for online presence, brand awareness, and lead generation;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities;
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display ads;
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights;
  • Oversee content creation and curation, ensuring brand alignment;
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers for high-quality digital content;
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website traffic;
  • Manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI;
  • Develop social media strategies to engage audiences and drive traffic;
  • Design and execute email campaigns, including newsletters and promotions;
  • Analyze email performance and recommend improvements;
  • Use web analytics tools to track digital marketing effectiveness;
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with key metrics and insights;
  • Manage marketing budgets for efficient resource allocation and ROI;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development and Client Relations team;
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices;
  • Implement new technologies and approaches for marketing efficiency;
  • Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials;
  • Manage social media platforms and channel of ARCHICONNECT.
