Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s software and biometric products.

• Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

• Plan, design, and execute online campaigns — including SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing — to generate leads.

• Create engaging digital content such as brochures, product datasheets, promotional videos, and case studies.

• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize results.

Technical Writing & Proposal Development

• Prepare well-structured technical and financial proposals for government and donor-funded projects.

• Write clear, concise, and persuasive content for proposals, concept notes, and company profiles.

• Collaborate with technical teams to accurately translate complex technical information into professional documents.

• Review RFPs and tender documents to ensure compliance and precise responses.

• Maintain and update an organized repository of proposal templates, references, and project documentation.
