Job Summary

 

IDLC Finance PLC is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and responsible Disbursement Processing Officer to join the Credit Risk Management – Consumer Division at its Habiganj office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant disbursement of Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans in accordance with the company's internal policies, risk management guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The role also includes supporting operational excellence and carrying out additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Designation: Officer Grade-I

 

Job Description / Responsibility:

 

• Process and execute the disbursement of Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).

• Verify that all required documents, approvals, and pre-disbursement conditions are fulfilled before releasing loan facilities.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, risk management standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with relevant internal departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless loan disbursement.

• Maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized records and documentation related to all disbursement activities.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by Management to support the objectives of the Credit Risk Management division.
