Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized public or private university.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in distribution and inventory/stock management.
Prior experience with Oracle or ERP systems will be considered a strong advantage.
Proficient in MS Word and advanced-level Excel skills.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive.
Capable of working effectively under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Oversee and manage Finished Goods (FG) inventory and distribution in alignment with sales forecasts and market trends.
Coordinate and monitor the movement of FG through both Omera Distribution Centre (ODC) vehicles and third-party vendor fleets for timely receipt and delivery.
Handle all administrative operations of the ODC, including labor management, supervision of drivers and helpers, regulatory compliance, and ensuring safety and security standards are upheld.
Ensure proper documentation and execution of transport operations and maintenance activities, such as maintaining Vehicle Daily Running Accounts (VDRA), processing fuel and trip bills, and managing job cards.
Manage routine VAT-related tasks and financial transactions associated with distribution operations.
