• Key Responsibilities:
• 1. Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Attend District & Upazila Health and Family Planning (FP) staff coordination meetings and relevant committees.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with health & family planning departments for fistula patient identification and referrals.
• Collaborate with MoWCA, MoSW, and MoYS to support the rehabilitation of fully cured fistula patients at the district level.
• 2. Training & Capacity Building:
• Conduct training needs assessments and assist in organizing local or centralized training programs.
• Provide technical support to ensure quality service delivery under the SRMNCAH Project.
• Ensure Quality of Care (QoC) at service delivery points and establish a Quality Assurance (QA) system.
• 3. Awareness & Orientation on Fistula Management:
• Organize awareness sessions with CS, DDFP, UH&FPO, and UFPOs to discuss the project strategy and the role of government departments.
• 4. Patient Identification & Referral Process:
• Support the identification of fistula patients at district hospitals and medical colleges.
• Provide incentives for the first identifier of fistula cases.
• Ensure fund distribution for patient referrals and travel expenses for patients & their companions.
• 5. Diagnostics & Treatment:
• Refer fistula patients to designated hospitals with treatment facilities and funding sources.
• 6. Holistic Support & Rehabilitation:
• Conduct socio-economic assessments to understand patient needs.
• Organize income-generating training programs in tailoring, poultry farming, cattle rearing, handicrafts, etc.
• 7. Humanitarian Response & Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Support:
• Refer GBV victims to safe shelters (e.g., Nari Niketon, Shishupalli+).
• Provide Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training on Clinical Management of Rape (CMR) cases.
• 8. Knowledge Dissemination & Advocacy:
• Assist in organizing national and regional conferences to share rehabilitation models and best practices.
• 9. Project Monitoring, Quality Control & Evaluation:
• Conduct real-time project monitoring and performance tracking.
• Develop and implement a monitoring, reporting, and documentation plan.
• Ensure effective project implementation, consultations, and service delivery.
• Supervise project staff and ensure activities align with budgetary allocations.
• Provide periodic reports for donor compliance in consultation with the Project Manager.
• Develop monitoring tools and schedules to support periodic evaluations.
• 10. Quality Control & Assurance:
• Develop program implementation guidelines.
• Arrange income-generating training programs with support from government departments.
• 11. Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare quarterly financial and programmatic reports to track project progress.
• 12. Data Management & Preservation:
• Ensure monthly data submission to LAMB Head Office.
• Maintain project data within CHDP and LAMB MIS-Research Departments.
• 13. Child & Vulnerable Adult Protection:
• Ensure strict compliance with LAMB’s child protection policy.
• Take immediate action against any reported abuse cases, ensuring child safety.
• Provide training and awareness on protecting vulnerable adults.
• 14. Donor Relations & Fundraising:
• Support the Project Manager in fundraising and donor engagement based on community needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of proposals, agreements, budgets, and reports.
