The District Manager (Retail) will be responsible for managing day-to-day retail operations across multiple outlets, improving showroom performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role requires strong leadership, operational management, and business development capabilities within the retail industry.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of multiple retail showrooms within the assigned district
• Achieve district-wise sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals
• Monitor showroom performance, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate showroom managers and sales teams
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve escalated customer issues effectively
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to improve business performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards
• Conduct regular showroom visits, inspections, and operational audits
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, and Finance departments for smooth retail operations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, customer engagement, and showroom productivity
• Maintain strong operational discipline and ensure efficient team performance across all locations
