Experience
Provide leadership and manage implementation of the SHIKHA project at the district level.
Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks and performance of paralegal staff.
Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with District Legal Aid Offices and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with project partners and stakeholders as needed.
Gather, compile, and submit monthly reports and data related to legal aid and project activities.
Ensure proper documentation and smooth flow of project-related information.
Uphold principles of safeguarding, and promote inclusivity in terms of gender, disability, and diversity.
Deliver comprehensive legal aid services, including conducting client interviews, facilitating mediation, supporting litigation, and managing cases.
Assess legal cases in accordance with BLAST’s Litigation Policy and facilitate mediation based on BLAST’s Mediation Guidelines.
Represent BLAST in court proceedings and liaise with panel lawyers to ensure effective legal support.
Maintain and regularly update all case files and entries in the Case Management System (CMS).
Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by senior management
