  • Manufacturing (FMCG): Experience in the production, distribution, and sales of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), including understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and market dynamics specific to FMCG sectors.
 

Responsibilities & Context

  • Drive sales growth for stationery and FMCG products by increasing sales volume and expanding market presence in unrecovered areas.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue leads, converting them into prospective clients to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of Sales Officers and delivery personnel through training, motivation, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure achievement of field output by reporting officers and provide regular feedback to senior management.
  • Maintain effective communication with superiors, providing updates on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Adhere to the company's policies, rules, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all activities.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the stationery or FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Proficiency in performance monitoring and training of sales personnel.
  • Familiarity with market development strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
