Responsibilities & Context
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects, site operations, and workforce coordination to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Strong ability to interpret, review, and coordinate architectural, structural, civil, and interior design drawings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, site supervision, finishing works, fit-out activities, and quality construction practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities with a strong focus on productivity, accountability, and project success.
- Effective planning, scheduling, and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Sound understanding of engineering documentation, project billing, Measurement Books (MB), quantity verification, work certification, and related technical records.
- Ability to prepare project documentation, work schedules, progress reports, method statements, project plans, and other engineering-related reports.
- Capable of performing efficiently in high-pressure environments and willing to work at project locations anywhere in Bangladesh as required.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), inspection procedures, compliance standards, and project quality management systems.
- Experience using ERP systems, project reporting tools, and digital documentation platforms for project monitoring and performance tracking.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications, and other engineering or construction management software.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
