The role is critical in enhancing driving standards, ensuring passenger safety, and maintaining consistent service excellence across all long-route operations.
Deliver structured training programs focused on safe, professional, and responsible driving practices
Train drivers on long-route operations, night driving, and handling emergency situations
Assess driver competency through practical evaluations and on-road performance tests
Ensure strict compliance with traffic regulations, company policies, and safety protocols
Develop defensive driving skills and promote fuel-efficient driving techniques
Monitor driver performance and recommend corrective and improvement measures
Support management in the selection, evaluation, and certification of drivers
Conduct refresher training sessions to enhance performance and address skill gaps
Promote discipline, professionalism, and customer-oriented behavior among drivers
