• Monitor local market trends, assess supplier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, warehouse, and finance, to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Lead the local logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports, budgets, and performance metrics for management review.
• Handle escalations related to vendor issues, delivery delays, or product discrepancies effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the local supply chain to enhance operational efficiency.
