Tusuka is a 100% export-oriented garments manufacturer. We are seeking candidates for the aforementioned position who are proactive, highly committed, creative, and self-motivated individuals ready to embrace challenges and deliver high-quality results.

• Create lab dips (stock solutions) according to buyer standards.
• Convert the leg table to create lab dip color solutions using 500g of material.
• Apply the color solutions to the first trial sample garments.
• Once the dye combination and recipe are confirmed, apply them to the actual sample.
• The dyeing master will conduct all bulk pre-trials and pilot run lots in collaboration with the production first bulk team to ensure the recipe is finalized for bulk production.
• Collect the wash recipe; if one is unavailable, the dyeing master will advise the dyeing technician on how to create it.
• Ensure the readiness of the initial 1 to 20 garments according to wash standards.
• Prepare the production sample (P/S) in accordance with wash standards/sample requirements.
• Expedite the wash process for the PP sample to meet meeting deadlines.
• Discuss any critical issues with the Assistant R&D Manager.
• Clearly explain daily activities to the dyeing technician and sample operator, addressing any problems and providing solutions.
• Monitor the attendance and performance of the dyeing technician and sample operator to ensure they complete their work effectively.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
• Conduct periodic training for workers and supervisory staff on quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, social, health, and safety guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all facets of the organization.
• Perform any other related activities as assigned by management.
