E-Commerce Lead

5–8+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Online Sales, Digital Commerce, or Consumer Electronics/Gadgets/Lifestyle sectors.

Experience working with leading e-commerce platforms is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and scale online and marketplace businesses.

Develop and implement growth strategies for marketplaces and D2C channels to achieve GMV and profit targets.

Manage product listings, specifications, pricing, variants, inventory synchronization, and returns/RMA processes.

Plan and execute major e-commerce campaigns, flash deals, promotional bundles, and discount offers.

Maintain strong relationships with marketplace KAMs to secure premium visibility, brand promotions, and campaign opportunities.

Coordinate warranty claims, technical support, returns, and replacement processes to ensure a smooth after-sales experience.

Improve product pages with engaging visuals, videos, feature highlights, SEO-friendly content, and marketplace keyword strategies.

Manage last-mile delivery operations with 3PL/courier partners for safe and efficient handling of electronic products.

Monitor and optimize key e-commerce KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV, SKU performance, return rate, CAC, and inventory turnover.
