Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms to ensure optimal performance and a seamless user experience.
  • Manage product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, including planning promotional content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer service, to streamline processes and resolve any issues.
  • Implement and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to drive sales.
  • Work closely with graphic designers to create regular promotional content and ensure effective communication across various platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our brand identity in the girls' lifestyle and kids' stationery markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels, including the website, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Monitor brand performance and customer perceptions, making necessary adjustments to enhance brand equity.
