Position: E-commerce Operations & Product Sourcing Executive
Job Responsibilities
Source products from China through Alibaba, 1688, and other B2B platforms.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers regarding price, MOQ, and delivery.
Coordinate import, shipping, and product delivery.
Manage product listings on the website and online marketplaces.
Process customer orders and maintain inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and prepare daily operational reports.
Coordinate with the marketing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, sourcing, or import operations.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Knowledge of Alibaba, 1688, or other sourcing platforms will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
