We are looking for a Smart, Confident, and Target-Oriented Sales Leader to guide our sales and moderation team, drive performance, and ensure consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and moderation team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor inbox, WhatsApp, and phone communication to ensure quality interactions and high conversion rates.
Set clear sales goals, track performance, and prepare regular reports (daily/weekly).
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to improve conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align offers, campaigns, and promotions.
Handle key client inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain a strong understanding of ladies’ footwear products, customer preferences, and market trends.
