Additional Requirements


  • Proven experience (4-5 years) as an eCommerce Manager or similar role in managing sales on international eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy and others.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce strategies, including SEO, product listing optimization, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience managing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with upper management and provide clear documentation for all strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using tools and software related to eCommerce operations and marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead and manage the eCommerce team to ensure the success of sales across platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other international platforms.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost performance and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitors to refine and enhance strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings, advertising, and promotions.
  • Monitor and manage product listings, pricing, and stock levels to maximize sales and minimize stock issues.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and new techniques in eCommerce.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management, providing clear, logical explanations and comprehensive documentation on performance, strategies, and challenges before being asked.
  • Proactively deliver actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for improvement to management.
  • Handle day-to-day eCommerce operations, including order fulfilment, customer service, and platform maintenance.
  • Stay updated on changes in eCommerce platform policies and trends to ensure compliance and innovation.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
